KLASSIC SWAG SHIPPING POLICY
At Klassic Swag, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible. All orders are processed within 2–5 business days, after which you’ll receive a tracking number once your package ships. Delivery times vary based on your location—typically 5–10 business days within the U.S. and 10–21 business days internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, and we offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $75. Please note that delays may occur due to high order volume, customs processing, or weather, but we always strive to keep you informed along the way.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier, so please ensure your delivery address is secure. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we can reship it upon request (additional shipping fees may apply). International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Klassic Swag, your satisfaction matters to us. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. To start a return, simply contact us at customerservice@klassicswag.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, you'll receive instructions on how to send your item back.
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our end (e.g., wrong or damaged item). We do not offer returns or exchanges on custom or limited-edition items, so please check product details and sizing carefully before placing your order. We do not offer refunds on original shipping costs. If you received a defective or incorrect item, please email us immediately—we’ll make it right, fast.
